Included with the Northern Oak Bar experience, We come prepared to all events with all the necessities to ensure your guests receive top-of-the-line service. Our Premium Service includes:​
- mobile bar if needed
- disposable cocktail glasses
- disposable wine glasses for wine service at the bar
- cocktail mixes including, but not limited to: coke, diet coke, ginger ale, soda and tonic water, cranberry juice, orange juice, simple syrup, lemon and lime juice
- Cocktail garnish
- ice for cocktails
- ice for cooling drinks
- beverage bins for cooling beverages
- straws and napkins
- your choice of shooter menu or his and her cocktails.
- unlimited communication with our bar specialists.

With all Northern Oak Bar services, we will provide customizable Bar menus with pricing and any additional signage needed. We will also provide a cash box and float if one is required ​Additional add on services are available as requested.

Add-on Bar Services
Bar rental- ($250) We will deliver and remove our custom made 7ft bar to and from your event. Ice and Coolers included

Galvanized Coolers with ice- ($75 each) We will deliver and remove our 140 quart galvanized steel coolers. 25 lbs of ice included with each cooler.

Mocktails- we can provide non alcoholic drinks above and beyond our basic offerings for your young guests and those who chose to not drink. (contact for pricing)

​Champagne Wall- ($250) We deliver and set up the champagne wall. The rental comes with 42 disposable glass champagne glasses

Loaded Caesars($175 per 50ppl)- caesars with celery stalk, glass rimmer, bacon and pickle skewer or salami and cheese skewer.

Mimosa’s($125 per 50ppl)- orange juice and disposable champagne glasses.​
His and her cocktails($100 for 50ppl)- you choose your favorite cocktails or shots to feature on our chalk board sign and we supply the rest. (option to include at no charge with Premium Service package)
Specialized shots ($50 per 50ppl)- we can work on a list of specialized shots. Shots from the normal bar rail are not subject to additional fees. (option to include at no charge with Premium Service package)

What we need from you
Our team members bring a fun and lively atmosphere to your event. We work closely with you to design a custom drink menu and custom music lists. We do ask that you provide all the alcohol, beer and wine needed for the bar service. Don't worry, we're happy to advise on quantities and brands as we work with you to source your supplies. Contact us today with your event details and we'll take it from there. Please note that we require a deposit to confirm your booking and that some events may require a special occasion permit.
Where we Service
At Northern Oak Premium Bar and Event service, we operate out of North Bay Ontario and proudly service the North Bay and surrounding area as well as the Greater Sudbury area, anywhere between North Bay to Timmins and all the way to Barrie! We truly are a mobile bar service, which means that we can come to you anywhere you are, whether it’s Sudbury, Temiskaming Shores, New Liskeard, Orillia, Mattawa, or anywhere in between. And don't worry if you're far away, we can make it work!
